Where are sessions held?
All sessions take place in our beautiful commercial studio located in Shiloh, IL, designed specifically with comfort and natural light in mind. Select outdoor sunset sessions may be offered seasonally.
What types of sessions do you offer?
We specialize in newborn, maternity, baby milestones, child, and family photography. Seniors, Engagement, & wedding photography may be considered upon request.
How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Simply fill out the contact form or email us directly. A retainer fee is due to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due a few days before your session.
Do you provide outfits or props?
Yes! We offer a curated client closet with wardrobe options for newborns, mamas, and little ones. Our newborn sessions include minimal props that keep the focus on baby.
What should we wear?
We recommend soft, neutral tones without distracting patterns/designs for a timeless look. Style guides and wardrobe options are available to help you prepare for your session.
How long does a session last?
Session lengths vary by type:
- Newborn sessions: 1-3 hours depending upon chosen newborn session type
- Maternity, milestone, or family sessions: 45–60 minutes
We keep things relaxed & casual as to try to help keep children from getting over-stimulated.
Can siblings or partners be included?
Yes! All sessions can include immediate family members. We’ll capture both individual and group moments during your time with us. Extended family members may be included in photos for an additional fee.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a sneak peek within 24 hours of your session. The remaining high resolution images will be available for download in a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks.
Do you offer prints or albums?
We do not offer prints or albums at this time. But we recommend MPIX professional lab to print your images. They are comparative in cost to Walgreens, etc. but offer a more professional quality. Shipping usually only takes just a couple of days.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that life happens. With advance notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling. Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if available.
When should I schedule my maternity session?
Most clients schedule their session between 32–36 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round but you’re still comfortable enough to move and pose.
Do you help with posing?
Yes—every pose is designed to flatter your pregnant body and make you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful.
How much do sessions cost & are there any hidden fees?
The session fee is $300, split into a $150 retainer due at booking and $150 balance due five days before your session. This is an all inclusive price which covers your session, as well as 20 high resolution images for you to download and print at your leisure. The only other fees that would be added would be if you chose to book a weekend session (+$75 fee), wanted to include your extended family (+$75 fee), or wanted to purchase a flash drive for your images (+$25 fee).
When are sessions held?
Sessions are available Monday–Friday. Limited weekend availability is offered for an additional $75 fee.
Can I bundle my maternity session with other milestone sessions?
Yes! Our Bump-to-Birthday Plan includes maternity, newborn, 6-month, and 1-year sessions—and saves you $300 when booked together. That gives you one session completely free! Payment plans are also available.
How many photos will I get?
Each session will include 20 high resolution digital files uploaded on a private gallery for you to download. Flash drive with files available for an additional fee.
